Move Documents from Metal File Cabinets to Other Places

According to Murray, if your file cabinet is full of documents, you should first moved files and documents to other places in advance rather than be left broken. Use plastic to cover the metal file cabinets. The aim is to avoid filing cabinet from chemical spills. If this happens, the cabinet can be damaged. You need to check the surface area of the metal file cabinets where there is damage to the paint peeling off and no sign of rust. Sand the area down with 110-140 grade sand paper until all defects removed and the remaining surface smooth to the touch.

Take a bucket and fill it water mixed with soap. Use a clean cloth soaked in soapy water to clean any debris that is attached to the cabinet. Do it repeatedly until the metal file cabinets look clean and dry.

Take a screwdriver and remove all the handles. Now you will need to add some good primer in the form of paint or spray it does not matter. Once you have excellent cabinet allow to dry for at least 2 hours.

Use Chemical Spray Paint
